Gem Grove housing project in Old Mahabalipuram Road (OMR), Chennai

Vision India Real Estate, an integrated property development and asset management group that develops and manages residential, hospitality and logistics facilities in India, recently signed an MoU with Atom, a unit of DJ Fitness Sanctury Pvt. Ltd., to set up the Atom Fitness Centre at The Gem Grove a premium housing project aimed at the affordable segment.
