Total Area carpeted is 1280sq ft as per todays market if you buy 1800 + sq feet then you get this big carper area, one open car parking space is also there with ur flat, celing height is 10.5 Ft and roomy airy house with complete marble flooring.

Our expectation is Rs100/ Sq Ft per month as rent + maintainance + corporation tax + Rs 5000 per month additional for parking space.

The hirer has got to pay 6 months deposit and 6 months advance upfront.
