CREDAI postpones the 10th Edition of Hyderabad Property Show 2021

CREDAI, the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India, the apex body of private real estate developers in the country, today announced the postponement of 10th edition CREDAI Hyderabad property show. The property show is postponed in view of the GO issued by government regarding NO Public Gatherings and Events till April 30th 2021, in view of the rising cases of COVID-19. The revised scheduled will be shared following the appropriate government notifications.

According to Mr. P Ramakrishna Rao, President, CREDAI Hyderabad, said, “The government has issued orders imposing restrictions on public gatherings, congregations, rallies and processions due to the increase in the COVID-19 cases. In line with the government directive, we postponing the 10th Edition of CREDAI Hyderabad Property Show 2021. We will get back with the revised schedule for the Property Show as and when the Government feels safe to allow organizing such events. In the mean-time we would request everyone to follow all safety protocols and venture out only when it is extremely necessary.”

Adding to this Shri V. Rajashekar Reddy, General Secretary, CREDAI Hyderabad, said “In view of the latest Government Order, we are postponing the 10th edition of CREDAI Hyderabad Property Show. New dates will be announced, after receiving appropriate notifications from the Government. In the mean-time, we would request the prospective home buyers to BEWARE of any promotion and attractive real estate deals being propagated through various social media platforms regarding UDS or pre-launch sale of properties. At CREDAI, we care about the safety and well-being of customers and urge people to do a thorough research and ONLY purchase the RERA registered properties to safeguard your hard-earned money.
